“Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s that on the wall” ?

Have you been in that situation when you look at yourself in the full-length mirror and is appalled to see an ENLARGED you?

I’ve been in that situation & made a PACT with myself that healthy lifestyle, healthy eating & exercise is the way to go… towards achieving your “Body for Life”.
You don’t have to kill yourself over it, but consistent small changes will see you through a long way.

Call me ”Cheng” & I’m really passionate about healthy living. I’ve lost about 25 pounds in 1 1/2 yrs. Some might say it’s too long! Well, if you can keep that off permanently & still continue to work on what I term as “stubborn fats”, that’s success.

The road and journey to weightloss can be ardious, lonely or enlightening (depends on one’s perception). Let me walk that journey with you. It’s always good to have a training or companion-in-training (”virtual”) as you walk that journey. I’d also like to share what I’ve read and found out through my own personal quest.
